I need to raise $25,000 in the next 7 months.
Professional desperately trying to keep home and utilities on
I was rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident and then two weeks later, due to the first accident, I couldn't brake myself, so I slid underneath a large vehicle, thank god, going slow or they said I would have been decapitated. I was rendered unable to work for quite some time, 2 years and now, even though I live with this constant pain, I MUST WORK...problem is, I am not having any luck. My mortgage company and line of credit (which I lived off of for the two and a half years) want to foreclose. And I have $25,000 in debt, some medical, some vet care, some just living expenses....NO RETAIL THERAPY.
Sadley, I put my home up for sale, in hopes to get out of this mess. But so far, no interests. I have it priced at at 190,000. and the feed back is that it is too high with this market. If I drop the price, I will walk away with no money to even get into a rental.
This is a true story and I have documentation, I am asking for help to keep my home and the utilities on. Hell, even a job would be fabulous.
I am a 37 year old single female who has worked since the age of 14. I am a professional Locations Manager for commercial and films (although nothing going on in this area) Executive Assistant, office consultant, even a vet tech (who does not partake in drugs.)I, myself, am usually helping others, this time, I am the one asking.
I put 25,000 needed in a month. Really, it brakes down like this...I need 2,000 for utilities ASAP. 5,000 for medical and dental ASAP, 7,000 for the mortgage and line of credit ASAP but i think they will give me a month11,000 for a debt that has put a judgement against me.
